Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item, or
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
