Shipping policy

At Vee-Vee So Iconic Cosmetics, every order is carefully packed with attention to detail because we believe your beauty experience begins the moment your package arrives.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During new launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions throughout the year. When available, qualifying orders will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We'll review your claim promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority.
